Shipping

Please allow 7-14 working days for standard delivery. Delays in delivery may occur from time to time due to circumstances out of our control. If a delivery is delayed you will be notified by email as soon as possible. If you fail to take delivery of the goods and they are returned to us we will contact you by email. A refund of the cost of the goods without shipping cost will be processed within 7 days, unless you have notified us that the goods are still required. We will require and additional shipping fee to make a second delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel.

Shipping commences on the next day of business after the order is placed. Our aim is to ship to you as quickly as possible - subject to availability, receipt of payment, and credit authorization.

Delivery charges including vat on, postage and packing will be added to your balance.

In the event that any of our goods are out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will refund in full the payment the customer has made for such goods. In the unlikely event of this happening we will notify the customer as soon as possible by email.
