Return And Exchange

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your Treasured Dolls product. If you wish to return an item to us you can return or exchange your item within 30 DAYS of the purchase date.

Please email us at treasureddollsusa@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return and Melissa will be happy to guide you through the process. Any products that you wish to return should be sent within 30 days of receipt in merchantable condition and the original labelling and packing to:

In the event that an incorrect item has been delivered to you, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent and incorrect items to be collected. We will arrange collection of the incorrect items to be collected with 7 days at a time suitable to you. If the correct item has been delivered and the incorrect item is not collected then you will be liable for the cost of this item.

If you receive a delivery and an item has been damaged then please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. In the case of the item been damaged and only obvious after you have accepted the goods then please notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 days.

The price displayed at the time of purchased is the price you will pay and will not be affected by increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price decrease after you make the purchase.

We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Customers must make sure they check their order carefully before submitting it for payment.
